“Upon the time to check in front desk clerk was very racist and rude while he was rushing and making jokes he gave us the wrong room had to go back and get a different one didn’t give me a pool towel when I asked for it I had to check out a day early because he didn’t put in the right days wasn’t given another bath towel when I put the dirty ones outside the room.”

“This is an older hotel so keep that in mind. It was very clean and did not have any bad smells. Some stuff could use updating. The front desk staff was simply amazing. We were greeted with a smile each time we came and went. The lady that checked us in upgraded us to a suite without us even mentioning it. She was the absolute best! Wish I could remember her name.”
